All serviced apartments have emergency call buttons that are monitored 24 hours a day. So help is at hand if you need it.

Additional help is at hand, Kenilworth Nursing Service can also provide additional personal care and nursing services on request. Fees for these services are available from the Manager, Kenilworth Nursing Service.

Standard Services

Cleaning
Once a week, the serviced apartment will be cleaned at least to following extent:
• vacuuming of carpet
• dusting of all hard surfaces, furniture and light fittings
• cleaning bathroom, kitchenette
• mopping uncovered floors
• changing bed linen and towels

Laundry
Once a week, the following items will be collected laundered and returned:
• 1 set of bed sheets
• 2 pillow cases
• 2 hand towels
• 2 bath towels
• 1 bath mat
• 2 face washers

Electricity & Central Heating
All electricity and central heating to the serviced apartment will be provided.

Garbage Collection
Once a day, garbage will be removed from the waste receptacles.

Meals
